Hey, if you’re in the Midwest this coming weekend, you should make it over to Chelsea, Michigan for the Kids Read Comics convention!
You may have heard about it. Newsarama did a little article about it. It’s being put on by a bunch of really cool guys. While I can’t make it myself, I encourage anyone who can to go, even if you’re not a kid or don’t have any kids yourself. There’ll be plenty to interest anyone who wants to know more about how comics tick. Think less Comic-Con and more awesome comics workshop. If there’s a good response, hopefully there’ll be one next year that I can go to.
